Dame Mary is Director of the Clore Social Leadership Programme, a new initiative of the Clore Duffield Foundation. The programme's aim is to identify, develop and connect aspiring leaders in the third sector. She was Chief Executive of the NSPCC for eight years. Before this, her career was in education and was headteacher of two large comprehensive schools. She’s a non-executive director of HSBC Bank and a national member of the Learning and Skills Council.
Zoe lives and works with indigenous people in the South Central Ecuadorian Amazon. She believes that the indigenous peoples around the world may hold the key to all of our futures. So she works empowering indigenous peoples so that they can protect the lands of which they are the natural custodians. She was very active in the campaign to include rights for nature in the new Ecuadorian constitution and bringing awareness to the case again Texaco Chevron - the biggest environmental law suit in history - still continuing today. She is currently developing a TV series on indigenous wisdom.
Servane Mouazan, director of Ogunte, is a Social Innovation and Leadership Coach – Ogunte harnesses skills of women across the world to help them to be better leaders in the social business world. Servane will help you understand how you can make people believe in you, champion you and follow you. This workshop is for everyone who wants to motivate themselves, create action from ideas, follow through and create IMPACT in their entrepreneurial ventures.
