Bringing fringe voices into the knowledge economy
Bringing fringe voices into the knowledge economy
Mainstream
Systems change is a theme of our times. Everyone is hungry for new ideas, new approaches and a way to be ahead of the game in identifying what will happen next in our volatile cultures.
Today is the era of the heterodox - people who do not accept established ways of thinking and doing things. Some sectors are trying to lead the change, others are trying to transcend it and find a completely new model.
This is why engaging the fringe is more important than ever before. Innovation only occurs when divergent views and experiences meet. We help organisations to be receptive to welcoming in outsiders who can add diverse insights and perspectives. We help clear a space.
We also help you if you are trying to nurture the heterogenous elements in your organisation, support them to have greater influence internally and externally through your societal impacts. We help you recognise, embed and nurture difference.
We don’t have a point of view - we are an observatory and a laboratory and we help direct thinking and work with you to find solutions indigenous to your own organisational culture - we help with the heterodoxy. The heteropraxy, doing things in ways that haven’t been done before, is up to you.
